Avelryn does not charge a restocking fee. No restocking or return-handling fee will be deducted from an approved refund.
For eligible returns based on size, fit, colour, style, personal preference, or another reason not caused by a product problem, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Avelryn will be responsible for return shipping when:
• The customer received an incorrect item.
• The item arrived damaged.
• The product has a confirmed defect or quality issue.
Please contact Customer Support before mailing a return so we can provide the applicable return instructions and identify the package. Contacting us does not shorten or replace the applicable 30-day return period.
Where mandatory consumer rights apply, including rights available to eligible UK consumers, those rights are not restricted by our commercial return policy.
